City Club’s Pilates and Yoga Studio is a fully-equipped Pilates and Yoga studio, offering high quality One-on-One Sessions and Group Classes.

It’s our belief that no two bodies are the same, and our mission is to work with each student as an individual with unique needs and goals. We welcome people of all ages and levels of physical ability, Members and Non-Members. Our trainers have many years of experience, including Prenatal and Postpartum and are able to work with injuries of all types. The studio is located in the heart of River Ranch at 1042 Camellia Boulevard, Suite 7.

Mary Beth Langlinais, MS, RD


Director of Fitness

Mary Beth has over 25 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and M.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics.
Her certifications include: ACE Certified Group Instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Schwinn Indoor Cycling Certification, Pilates Certified - Physicalmind Institute


Jackie Duplechine

Jackie has over 20 years experience it the fitness field. Her certiciations include: AFAA Group Exercise; ESA Aquatics & Personal Training; Resist-A-Ball Level I & II; Schwinn Indoor Cycling Basic & Advanced Coaching; Drums Alive; Physical Mind Institute Mat & Completing Concentration 101.


Jamie Hodges

Jamie has a B.A. in Psychology and her certifications include: AFFA Group Fitness Certified Instructor, AFFA Certified Personal Trainer, Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certified, SCW Matwork Certification, CPR/AED Certified.


Frances Fensertmaker

Frances has a B.S. Business Administration, UL Lafayette and her certifications include: Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certified Instructor; CPR/AED Certified.


Karen Simon

Karen has a B.S. in Physical Therapy and holds multiple certifications including: Yoga, Xtend Barre, Take Shape for Life Health Coaching, Pilates - Physicalmind Institute
